Dan, Lectionary Press' founder, has 25+ years of church staff and leadership experience. For 10+ years Dan led the small groups ministry at a 4-campus church of 5000+ with an 80+% participation rate. Other areas of expertise include leadership coaching, church strategy, organizational health, team building, effective meetings, succession planning and multi-site. Dan is also a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator.
